Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made by the online store a-izquierdo.es. Any order placed with the online store a-izquierdo.es necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the online store a-izquierdo.es in force on the day the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges that acceptance of these conditions implies their application to the order in question, as well as to any subsequent order, except in cases where new conditions are brought to their attention by the online store a-izquierdo.es. PRICES
The prices published on the online store a-izquierdo.es are in Euros. All prices include the applicable VAT on the day of the order; any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of products on sale in the online store a-izquierdo.es.

Once that period has elapsed, the offer shall automatically cease to have effect. In all cases, offers are subject to stock availability.

When placing an order, the customer may freely choose to pay for purchases in the online store by:
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery
- Credit or debit card via the REDSYS virtual POS. Secure SSL payment.
- The cardholder is aware of and accepts the conditions established by the merchant.
PRODUCT
The offers presented by the online store a-izquierdo.es are valid within the limits of available stock and the dates established for such offer. The online store a-izquierdo.es reserves the right to modify the product range based on difficulties imposed by its suppliers.

USER REGISTRATION
You do not need to be registered to browse the store and add products to the cart. However, registration is required to complete a purchase. We will ask for your personal details to create your customer profile; this data will be protected in accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data.
With your user account you can make purchases and benefit from the discounts, promotions and gifts we offer our customers.
In your account you can view the history and details of your orders, your shipping addresses, your payment methods, your discount vouchers, etc.
PURCHASE PROCESS
To shop at the online store a-izquierdo.es you must be a registered user and over 18 years of age.
Add all the products you want to your cart, then click "Confirm" to complete the purchase. We will ask for your shipping address and billing address (you can use the same address for both).
You will then be asked to choose the type of shipping; these rates are calculated based on the delivery address provided, the total weight of the package and the duration of the shipment (express or standard).
Finally, you must choose the payment method: bank transfer, cash on delivery, PayPal or debit/credit card.
WARRANTIES
Repair and replacement will be free of charge to the user. This free of charge includes the necessary costs incurred to remedy the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, especially shipping costs, as well as costs related to labour and materials.
It is the customer's obligation to send the defective goods at their own expense in order to process the warranty. Once received and the warranty approved, a-izquierdo.es will proceed to replace the product by sending it to the customer with postage paid, at no additional cost to the customer.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
