Frankford Arsenal Universal Bullet Seating Die Kit
Universal Bullet Seating Die
Designed to accommodate a wide range of calibers from .224 to .338, this universal bullet seating die is an essential tool for precision handloading and metallic cartridge assembly. The die body features a cut-out window design, allowing for optimal visibility and control during the seating process. Its universal seating seat securely holds the bullet in place, ensuring consistent alignment and preventing bullet tilt or misalignment during seating operations.
Equipped with an integrated micrometer, the die allows for ultra-fine adjustments in bullet seating depth with increments as precise as 0.001 inches. This level of control is critical for achieving optimal cartridge overall length (COL) and ensuring consistent chambering and ballistic performance. The micrometer adjustment facilitates repeatable precision, making it ideal for competitive shooters, hunters, and reloaders seeking to maximize accuracy and ballistic efficiency.
The package includes nine caliber-specific bullet alignment sleeves, designed to guide the bullet perfectly into the case neck, minimizing bullet runout and enhancing concentricity. Additionally, three VLD (Very Low Drag) bullet seating stems are provided, tailored for seating long, aerodynamic projectiles with minimal deformation. All components are housed in a custom-molded storage case, ensuring organized transport and protection of your die set.
Note: One bullet alignment sleeve and one VLD bullet seating stem come pre-assembled within the die for immediate use.
