All Starline brass cases are manufactured strictly within SAAMI (Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers Institute) specifications, incorporating advanced heat treatment processes and proprietary metallurgical designs. These enhancements significantly improve the structural integrity, tensile strength, and overall longevity of each case, making them ideal for repeated reloading cycles and high-pressure shooting applications.
These cases are made from new, virgin brass with no primer pockets pre-primed, allowing reloaders full control over primer selection and seating. Prior to loading, it is recommended to trim and chamfer the case mouths to ensure optimal bullet seating and consistent chambering performance.
Due to manufacturing tolerances and handling during transportation, case mouths may not always be perfectly concentric or round. To guarantee a uniform and properly sized case mouth, it is advisable to run the cases through an expanding die.
