Starline Brass Cases Caliber 7.62x25 Tokarev – Bulk Pack of 100 Units

Starline Precision Ammunition Components is dedicated to manufacturing brass cases with the tightest possible production tolerances, ensuring consistent performance and reliability for reloaders and shooters alike.

Each brass case is meticulously produced within SAAMI (Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers' Institute) specifications, incorporating advanced thermal treatment processes and engineered designs to enhance both the structural integrity and longevity of the cartridge cases.

These are new, unfired, and unprimed brass casings, crafted from high-quality virgin brass to guarantee optimal reloadability and superior ballistic consistency.

Reloaders are advised to trim and chamfer/deburr the case mouths prior to bullet seating to ensure proper chambering and to prevent bullet deformation during the reloading process.

Due to manufacturing variances and transportation handling, case mouths may occasionally exhibit slight out-of-round conditions.

To achieve a perfectly concentric and uniform case mouth, it is recommended to size the cases using an appropriate expander die. This step will also slightly flare the case mouth, facilitating smooth bullet seating and preventing damage to the projectile’s jacket.

Additionally, any residual burrs or sharp edges should be carefully removed before proceeding with the loading sequence to maintain safety and accuracy.

Surface discolorations or spotting may be present on the neck and body of these new brass cases. This is a normal result of the annealing process performed by the manufacturer, which involves rapidly heating the brass to a precise temperature followed by quick cooling.

The annealing process imparts the necessary hardness to securely hold the bullet while providing the essential ductility for the case to expand and contract during firing cycles. This treatment significantly extends the service life of the brass during multiple reloads.

These characteristic annealing marks are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance or structural integrity of the cases.
