Application Instructions:
Shake the aerosol can vigorously to homogenize the active ingredients. Apply the coating by spraying evenly over the firearm surface from a distance of 25 to 35 centimeters, maintaining the can in a vertical or slightly tilted position. Use smooth, overlapping passes to achieve a consistent and uniform finish.
Allow the treated surface to air dry at ambient temperature for a minimum of 4 hours before handling. Full curing and maximum hardness develop over 2 to 3 weeks under normal conditions.
For accelerated curing, the coated firearm parts can be heat-treated in an oven at 140-150ºC (284-302ºF) for 1 hour, ensuring a robust and long-lasting protective layer.
Finish color: Matte Black, providing a non-reflective, tactical appearance ideal for hunting, target shooting, and tactical applications.
