Description
The Frenzy-X 1x19x28 GenII (SCRD-64) from Vector Optics is a red-dot sight intended for pistols in competition (IPSC) and tactical applications. It is designed for slide mounting using the MOJ footprint and offers a compact window for fast target acquisition.
Key technical features include a 3 MOA dot, up to 11 brightness levels, aspheric lens and electronics with on/off and motion sensor. The sight is parallax-free with a recommended zero at 50 yards. Power is provided by a CR2032/CR1632 battery loaded from a side compartment; the manufacturer states up to 50,000 hours runtime.
The SCRD-64 housing is made from 7075-T6 aluminum. The optical window measures 19 x 28 mm; overall dimensions are 46 mm length, 30 mm width and 36 mm height, with a weight of 39.5 g (without mount). It is rated IPX7 waterproof, shockproof to 1000 G and operational from -20 °C to +55 °C. Audible clicks are provided for adjustments.
