What it is and what it is for
The NITECORE HC65 UHE is a high-performance headlamp designed for activities such as night running, trail, hiking, camping, mountaineering and professional or emergency use. It provides long-range illumination plus options for close work and red-light signalling.

Main features
It uses eight NiteLab UHE LEDs delivering a maximum output of 2,000 lumens and a maximum beam distance of 222 metres (peak intensity 12,293 cd). The light system includes a primary white LED (6,000 K), a high-CRI auxiliary white LED (CRI >= 90, 4,500 K) and an auxiliary red LED. The HC65 UHE offers six brightness levels, three special modes (e.g., SOS/beacon/warning) and two red brightness options. It has a 4-level battery indicator, one-hand operation and a lockout function. Rated IP68 (submersible to 2 m) and impact resistant to 2 m. Body made from aerospace-grade aluminium with HA III hard-anodized finish.

Compatibility
Designed for 18650 type cells; the manufacturer supplies 1 × NITECORE NL1840HP 18650 rechargeable battery (4,000 mAh). The headlamp features integrated intelligent charging via USB-C (5 VDC2 A).
