Continental x8 3-24x56 ED Fiber (Vector Optics)

What it is and what it’s for
The Continental x8 3–24×56 ED Fiber is a riflescope from Vector Optics designed for hunting and long-range precision shooting. It targets big-game, driven hunting and applications that need a wide magnification range.

Key features
Magnification ranges from 3× to 24× with a 56 mm objective. The main tube diameter is 30 mm. Optics use ED glass with LaREE and VePRO FMC coatings and an indicated light transmission of about 93%. The scope is second focal plane (SFP). It mounts a German #4 reticle with an illuminated fiber center and 11 illumination levels; the central dot remains visible even in bright conditions. Windage and elevation adjust in 1/4 MOA clicks, with 80 MOA total adjustment for elevation and 80 MOA for windage. Side focus (parallax) is adjustable from 20 yards to infinity. Eye relief is 95 mm (3.8 in); diopter correction range is -3 to +2. Field of view approximately 41.0–5.13 ft @100 yd (13.67–1.71 m @100 m).

Mechanical data and durability
Overall length 376 mm and weight 736 g. Body in 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with matte black finish. The unit is IP67 waterproof, nitrogen filled (anti-fog) and rated shockproof to 750 G.

Compatibility
Vector Optics lists compatibility with a range of platforms depending on hunting style: AR-15 / AR-10 (5.56 / .308), Tikka T3/T3x, Remington 700, Ruger Guide Gun, CZ 550 and others as specified by the manufacturer for different uses.

Box contents and notes
The package includes 30 mm Picatinny rings, a spare blank elevation turret (DIY type), sunshade, lens caps and a cleaning cloth, among other items stated by the manufacturer. Verify that the included 30 mm rings fit your rail and provide the required height for your setup.

Preventing returns
